As pert https://github.com/rdkcentral/Thunder/blob/master/Source/Thunder/doc/ControllerPlugin.md#value-4, plugin can have the following states Activated, Activation, Deactivated, Deactivation, Destroyed, Hibernated, Precondition, Resumed, Suspended, Unavailable but the current change does not map them properly.

We need to consider how this will work when we migrate to App Runtimes (AI 2.0). Bringing a check for an APP NAME using Callsign in a middleware component might not work for every case.
