What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

NuGet badges in README.md are now showing ReactiveUI latest stable version number.

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)

There are pre-versions currently, and someone could possibly think the framework isn't stable enough.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

Now, README displays stable versions instead of pre-versions.

GitHub should get a feature "If CI succeeds auto merge" for reviewers.
