For whatever reason, jitpack decided to not use the proper build of com.github.edrlab.nanohttpd:nanohttpd:master-SNAPSHOT, and the library is basically broken without the workaround described in #286. Although nanohttpd won't be needed in the long term with #259, the Server class in the streamer still uses it even though it is marked as @Deprecated, thus with the current state of the jitpack build the toolkit will still continue to fail to build properly.

This PR changes it to use the Readium fork of nanohttpd.
