Send Workspace Identifier with Telemetry #4175
Description
Functioning workspaces will be used more than broken workspace, so the working case will be overestimated in the metrics.
I propose is that we introduce a field in every reported metric that is a hash of the workspace roots path. This will allow us to aggregate metrics for the same workspace. This will allow us to better estimate the amount of "broken workspaces". We'll also get a percentage of workspaces that was broken but got fixed.
