Border-right for fixed footer is missing

After Reset All Button there is some border while it's position is not fixed but after scrolling the footer position gets fixed somehow but no border right. The screenshot is for fixed footer remeber.

I think he's complaining about the white space under the bottom save bar after resetting all. Not sure why, since it's a complete non issue.
