Issue with font-family output (standard fonts)

Hi there,

Having a issue since 3.3.9.8 with standard fonts. The typography field output the family-font with a double quote "Impact, Charcoal, sans-serif". The proper way to do it is Impact, Charcoal, sans-serif.

Double quote should be used only on font with space in their name:
sans-serif,"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial

Maybe related to fixed issue #1821 ?

Was working in version 3.3.9.6, didn't test 3.3.9.7.
