I’m an early-career software engineer curious to learn and build new systems. In addition, I am intrigued by automation and optimization using machine learning and distributed systems. I have worked on projects that have involved machine learning and building data tools and software for research.
I am currently working as a software engineer intern at inLumon. I worked in their core team and designed their data analytics platform by building a data network system and a data processing module that involved multithreading and multiprocessing in python.
I also worked as a research assistant at Northwestern University, where I worked on a deep learning system for eating activity detection and built a data tool and ETL pipeline for preprocessing data and imputation.
Previously I co-founded and built an android app. I designed the app using flutter and dart and improved its performance by caching and reducing its network head.
As of now, I am focusing on learning about a high-performance system that can be scalable. In addition, I have been building projects involving large data, efficiency and proper use of computing power in C++ and Python.
