Unfriendly text when authenticate success, but not have permission to run app. #20
Description
When a user logs in successfully in AD (ie username/password passes), but the user does not have permission to run the application (has not been set up in AD to use the application) a confusing text based error message is displayed.
Expect it to display a 403 Error screen.
