cargo tree --edges no-external

Problem

I would like to be able to see the dependency hierarchy of a workspace at a glance.

Proposed Solution

--edges flag already supports all, normal, dev, build, features, no-normal, no-build, no-dev, no-proc-macro.

I think it also makes sense to offer a no-external option so that one can easy see the dependencies within the workspace.

There is --depth workspace that could meet your needs I believe.

I know that it might be a bit confusing, though in a dependency tree, nodes are packages and edges are dependency kinds. Hence it also makes little sense as an edge kind

Maybe there must be a side note in the documentation for --edges about --depth workspace, so that there's one way to do things.

I am actually not sure how that would look like, as the doc is served as a man page as well via cargo help tree. While clarification is nice, we also don't want too much info that people might start skipping them (and perhaps LLM can understand it already without extra context already?).
