pygsti is not compatible with plotly 0.6

Describe the bug

The pygsti report generation is not compatible with the plotly 0.6 release.

In plotly/plotly.js#7212 support for titlefont was removed which is used in the report genreation.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• pyGSTi version [e.g. v0.9.7.4]: 0.9.13
• python version [e.g. 3.7, 2.7]: 3.12
• OS: Ubuntu

Fixed this straight onto develop since it caused beta tests to break. Thanks for reporting @eendebakpt and for the link @coreyostrove!
