Some wikis require using a
GETrequest for their APIs, but wikiteam3 usesPOSTby default. Some users have been manually editing theconfig.jsonas the option does exist there, but this is not ideal and doesn't work with tools like wikibot. This PR adds a--http-methodso you can tell wikiteam3 to useGETfrom the CLI.
