Switch to Debian base since Alpine is deprecated #46

alpine base image of fluent/fluentd is deprecated and the debian version is recommend for production, so it should be used. For now, that should be explicitly done, but I requested with upstream that that be fixed ( fluent/fluentd-docker-image#422 )
