Add nftables by default to build config to support Docker

Hi,

I have installed this kernel on my nas542.
It works great, but I am not able to run docker on it due to issue to create nat table.
I propose to add nftables by default to build config.

I have compiled version with following config but no success.
ls1024a_defconfig.txt

Good news kernel is working :-)
Bad news no change on iptables.

Any idea how to solve that problem?
