Selecting new costumes/backdrops appears broken

Non-default costumes and backdrops are loading fine in the VM as far as I can tell, so something's up with the add/library situation. This is possibly in the VM functions to add these things, but will track here.

Seems that the sprite library/costume library formats don't always include bitmap resolution and rotation centers....
