Stage/Sprite1 from the original project never go away. Do we need the vm.clear() for this?

I started working on that last week before I got pulled away. Unless I missed something, you're right — I don't think there's anything in loadProject that clears the old project out. This could be fixed in the meantime by not ever loading the empty project if the page loads with a project ID. But it still wouldn't fix subsequent loads.
