Add feature so customers can implement Mixpanel in the EU leveraging a new setting:
enableEuropeanUnionEndpoint. When the setting is enabled we set the mixpanel endpoint to@"api-eu.mixpanel.com";. There is parity across iOS, A.js, SS and Android.Documentation from Mixpanel: https://developer.mixpanel.com/docs/implement-mixpanel#section-implementing-mixpanel-in-the-european-union-eu
