This PR refactors the entire netdev core to provide a unified, cross-platform implementation.

Summary

  • Reworked internal architecture for clarity and maintainability
  • Tests unified network interface handling across all supported OSes:
    • Linux
    • macOS
    • Windows
    • BSD
    • Android
    • iOS

Mobile Verification

  • Tested on physical Android and iOS devices

Notes

  • No breaking changes to the public API
    • Internal module paths have been reorganized
    • All top-level re-exports remain unchanged for backward compatibility
