HTML provides the `<time>` element to mark up dates, times, and durations. https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/text-level-semantics.html#the-time-element https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/time This patch wraps dates in the templates previously presented in plain text using `<time>`.
