This PR adds a Jupyter notebook under extras/notebooks that:

Loads a sample SpiderFoot JSON scan.
Performs K‑Means clustering on risk, confidence, and record count.
Runs IsolationForest for anomaly detection.
Visualizes clusters and outliers in a scatter plot.
Updates the README with a link to the notebook.
