Allow users to opt-out of queue for a given period of time #61
Description
Allow users to temporarily leave the queue.
problem statement:
A user may be going on vacation, or know that they will be busy for the next month or so. Currently, they would have to leave the queue, then when they are back/available again, they would have to rejoin the queue.
It could be easy to forget to rejoin.
Solution:
We could add an action that would enable leaving the queue for a given period of time. After that time passes, they would automatically be added back to the queue.
