Add Ingo's Sample [SWS-26]

Ingo Siebert has provided a nice easy sample, which shows the core functionality of spring-ws. We should add it to the distribution.

The sample has been added. I made some minimal changes to the code:

• using standard W3C DOM instead of JDOM to minimize the amount of dependencies
• using a SimpleSoapExceptionResolver instead of a SoapFaultMappingExceptionResolver
• renamed the applicationContext-ws.xml to applicationContext.xml, which is the default used by the ContextLoaderListener
• changed the namespace to www.springframework.org/spring-ws/samples/echo
