All-in-one jar doesn't contain correct spring.handlers [SWS-360]

Currently, the all-in-one jar only contains the spring.handlers for the core module only, not the oxm handlers.

Workaround is to use individual modules (spring-ws-core, spring-oxm, etc) rather than the all-in-one jar.

This issue depends on http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MASSEMBLY-298, and can't be fixed until that issue is fixed.
