SETUP.md may be outdated - included the fix

Hi Resume-Matcher team,

Big fan of your work. ATS algorithms are often unfair and biased, and we need better ways to get in front of hiring teams.

I ran a deep scan of your apps folder using a GitHub tool I’m building called DeepDocs, and noticed that SETUP.md seems partially outdated. You can see the report in this commit.

The tool is free for open source repos. Just sharing in case it's helpful.
