Result format naming specification

Seeing ResultFormat.parquet in an example, I thought the equivalent ROOT version would be ResultFormat.root. It turns out to instead be ResultFormat.root_file. I would suggest harmonizing the naming to either have _file for both or neither. This is for the v3 alpha.
