Implement BibSonomy Settings GUI #11
Description
The GUI for setting the preferences for BibSonomy needs to be implemented in the new framework. A mockup for this feature can be found here.
The team from JabRef said the mockup for this functionality was fine.
It is worth noting that the implementation of the Tag Cloud might incorporate some of the options which previously, in the plugin, was in the Settings.
