Dowload Backup as HTML

Description:
Users should be able to download a selected backup as HTML.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add a Download button to the top-right corner of the backup viewer page.
• The exported HTML should include:
  • All rendered messages and media (e.g., images, polls, etc.)
• The filename should be based on the backup name and date period.
