Fixed issue with Position not clearing between connections.
Fixed issue in which Position mode was not displaying the correct position mode label unless INS was enabled. Now will only show RTK in the position section and Fixed/Float in the RTK section instead of Float/Fixed RTK in the position section.
RTK mode will now show if the view is a file (otherwise requires settings to load "dgnss_enabled")
