Vue is very outdated and unsafe

Description

The DocC renderer currently uses Vue 2 - this was EoL at the end of 2023 and no longer receives security updates. npm audit currently reports 22 vulnerabilities after updating everything possible. It also won't receive any browser compatibility updates, so if something gets broken DocC sites may not render correctly

Expected Behavior

DocC renderer uses the latest maintained version of Vue

Actual behavior

It's stuck on Vue 2

This is definitely something we have wanted to do and updating to node v22 was a big step towards enabling this large effort. Thanks for filing this to make sure we track this.
