Support a modern Node Version

Description

The DocC renderer is currently pinned to Node 22. The current versions of NodeJS are 24, 25 and 26 - https://nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases#release-schedule - and NodeJS is now in maintenance mode and no longer actively updated. We should support a modern version of Node

Expected Behavior

DocC renderer works with the latest versions of Node

Actual behavior

It's pinned to Node 22

v22 is currently the Maintenance LTS (through 2027), but we will be happy to update to the active LTS when possible of course
