- Explanation: Uses a new SymbolKit implementation of overload grouping to fix some bugs about overload handling.
- Scope: Bug fixes for an experimental feature
- Issue: rdar://127130136
- Original PR: use unified overload data for initial overload variants #907
- Risk: Low. The major implementation happened in SymbolKit, and the resulting behavior change only happens for the experimental overloads feature.
- Testing: Automated testing has been added to ensure the expected behavior.
