feat(team): add missing features to teams

• add prometheus_remote_write_metrics_filter attribute to the sysdig_monitor_team resource, to scope down visibility of metrics coming from prometheus remote write;
• add can_use_agent_cli attribute to the sysdig_monitor_team and sysdig_secure_team resource, to give ability to disable access to the agent console (before this attribute, by default the access was enabled)
• add can_use_rapid_response attribute to the sysdig_secure_team resource, to enable/disable rapid response;
• Allow DashboardTemplates and Overview values as entrypoints to the sysdig_monitor_team resource;
• deprecate IBM platform metrics related attributes for sysdig_secure_team (IBM platform metrics are not a secure related feature).
