[Feature Request] Improve workflow sandboxing suggestions

Describe the solution you'd like

• In README, encourage putting workflows in separate files from all other code including activities
• Add clearer direction on exception messages
• Add reference to exception messages inside README for better SEO
• With the exception of "hello" code, change the samples to do this
