Migrate to Blackfire v2 client

Expected Behavior

When using PHP_EXTENSION_BLACKFIRE, I want to be able to profile my PHP code.

Current Behavior

When using PHP_EXTENSION_BLACKFIRE to use blackfire profiling, I have this error:

[a14] Error while acquiring profile: This profile is in a tomb
[proxy] [proxy] Received an error response from the agent: Blackfire-Error: 206 Buffer already full
[proxy] Error processing connection: [proxy] Received an error response from the agent: Blackfire-Error: 206 Buffer already full

Possible Solution

We are still using v1 client while v2 is out and fix that issue.
