Change default port back to `3000`

The nuxt default port is 3000. We changed the nuxt dev --port 3001 script to use port 3001 because we were already using port 3000 for the backend API.

The problem is there are other scripts like npm run preview that still use port 3000.

As we do not have any problem changing the backend default port, I've created an issue to do it and set back the port to 3000 here so we do not need to overwrite nuxt default value.
