Describe the issue

The drop-down box properties of data-bs-offset and data-bs-reference can't take effect when navbar style wraps some drop-down boxes. At present, this problem is encountered when it is used under nav.

Thanks for reporting this issue, @tmd-user.
I'm not saying it shouldn't work (I don't have full context) but after reviewing the dropdown code, it appears this behavior is intentional: when dropdowns are placed within a navbar, Popper is deliberately disabled and styles aren't applied.

Will that change this illogical behavior later? At present, I can only set the distance by margin.
