Description
Improve wording to help people understand what the certificate gives them and the difference between doing the free course and getting the certification for a fee.
The certificate is not just about completing the course because to complete the course 'successfully', you need to 'pass' the assessments.
Indeed, people list this certificate on LinkedIn for this very reason, to show they've achieved a certain level, not just to prove they've done the (free) course.
I also think this wording could help people decide between doing the course for free or paying for a certificate. This information under the 'Cost: Free, optional certificate' heading is currently a little confusing / missing important details, IMHO.
Proposed wording:
'If you choose to do the course with certification, you will be asked to complete additional assessments that are not available on the free course.
'By passing the course assessments, this certificate verifies that you have attained proficiency in certain aspects of digital accessibility, confirming you have met the learning objectives outlined in the course.'
