This would basically copy the instagram component.

Features:

• Background color
• Loading indicator
• Lazy load based on if it is visible or not (optional feature)
• If the load fails or times out, show a "Click to retry"

The UserImage component would rely on this. For glance this would improve a ton of stuff on the site.
