Preface punctuation #304
Description
The preface currently says:
Therefore for new protocols and formats, as well as existing formats deployed in new contexts,
this specification requires (and defines) the UTF-8 encoding...
A minimal change would be to add a comma after "Therefore", so the preposition reads correctly. But I think the best fix would be to delete "Therefore". The text would then be:
For new protocols and formats, as well as existing formats deployed in new contexts,
this specification requires (and defines) the UTF-8 encoding...
