Some codes are referred from ngx_http_upstream_keepalive_module.
This module add connection pool for specific upstream servers. if enabled, when client quits, ngx_tcp_proxy puts the connection which is connected to upstream into a cache, thus next time when a new client requests, ngx_tcp_proxy can reuse the upstream connection.
