Update default port for Jamf instances

Minor cosmetic - we should change that here to 443 as a default for Jamf Instances:

default=8443,

This would reflect majority of customers are on Jamf Cloud nowadays (or use port 443 with proper Reverse Proxy/LB setup for on-premises Jamf clusters) .
