std docs: allow to change version like in language reference #423
Description
The language reference has a menu to change the current version:
Some users on Discord requested the ability to also change version in the std docs, mainly due to #355 (which was apparently fixed but it needs to be looked at again)
If this change needs to be done in the Zig repo feel free to move the issue there.
