One-tap access to list of accounts from home

For users who have multiple Zulip accounts they're constantly switching between, it would be convenient to have a single button to go from the home screen straight to the list of accounts. (Either the current choose-account page, or the planned account-switcher modal #1038, or some other UI like a left drawer.)

Currently it's two taps: the menu button, then "Switch account". In the legacy app it's a similar two taps.

The minimal way to do this would be to add a button to the bottom nav bar on the home page. There could be other solutions if we embark on a more radical overhaul of the app's navigation.

This issue isn't currently ready to be implemented. It'll need more discussion first on what we want the UI to be like.

This came up today in feedback from a beta user, who included also a pair of design mockups and added:

We are probably most interested in a button (phone app) as I showed to pop up the list of Accounts in one press. Currently it takes several.
This is the most heard complaint I get.

Probably it makes sense to offer this on tapping the org icon in the app bar:
