Updates angular to version 19.
Also switches to new application builder, a migration that was done automatically when running
ng update ...- see https://angular.dev/tools/cli/build-system-migrationI tested with zxing-scanner-demo, and successfully scanned some images for all formats that can be selected in the demo; using images from https://github.com/zxing-js/library/tree/master/src/test/resources/blackbox.
npm run testwas successful.I did not test if all the other old angular versions still work.
