Prevent glitching on heater by checking if heater should stay fully on
or fully off during cycle.
I noticed on my setup that during each cycle when the heater should stay fully on it would momentarily turn off and then on again each cycle. This was very visible in the user interface but also noticeable on the SSR controlling the heater.
