fix rviz configuration file "Planning Scene Topic" name

The current situation matches the moveit tutorials

So I think we should not change this.

I think there is an error in the .rviz of moveit tutorials. By selecting this topic you wont be able to see the robot in rviz via MotionPlanning rviz plugin. You can also give a look at other robot rviz configurations like:
