Switch to
debianbase image since thealpineimage is deprecated. This is for #46 and also resolves #47 but makes the image quite a bit bigger. I tried to address this with a multi-stage build and it was a lot smaller, but I couldn't get it to run. I know basically zero about ruby and gems, so hopefully someone could fix that, because it's also a better solution since the gem itself is built in the container to ensure that versions and such match up ( daveisfera@aafd958 )
