Codecov doesn't display report on moving to CodeBuild

Describe the bug

• We removed TravisCI in chore: remove TravisCI #386
• I suspect that codecov-io doesn't display Report (like one in feat: Node.js HTTP/2 Handler #317 (comment)), but it needs verification

To Reproduce (observed behavior)

• Publish a new PR, or rebase and update an existing PR which affects tests
• Check if codecov-io posts report

Expected behavior
This needs to be fixed if codecov-io fails to publish report. If it does, this issue can be ignored.

Empty coverage report was shown when dependabot rebased in #391 (comment) even before the CodeBuild CI was complete.
