There's a handful of these. [Bare](https://docs.python.org/2/howto/doanddont.html#except) [excepts](https://docs.quantifiedcode.com/python-anti-patterns/correctness/no_exception_type_specified.html) [aren't](https://moserei.de/2017/09/20/python-bare-except.html) [great](https://www.flake8rules.com/rules/E722.html). They're slightly difficult to refactor if you don't know what the exceptions are supposed to be.
