[mono][tests] Hybrid.WASM.Tests SIGSEGV failure on iOS

The issue has been encountered on two separate PRs.

• [mono][aot] Enable deduplication of runtime invoke wrappers #84304
• [tests] Stand up iOS arm runtime tests and enable tracing/eventpipe tests #79169
