SubsurfaceViewer / Map - double moves anchor to origin

Double clicking in the map view no longer repositions to whatever you clicked, instead moving the camera back to the world origin.

To recreate, go to any of the map storybooks (for example MapLayer2D, as in the video) and try double-clicking

On our end, this started happening after we updated from1.13.5 to 1.14.6, before that, it worked fine.

Im doing a check now, I've narrowed it down to version 13.10, specifically so far. I'll let you know once I have the specific commit

Update about the behavior: my feeling is that it works as expected if you double click on the background (ie. not on a displayed object): the clicked point becomes the point of rotation.
But if you double click on an object, it moves the object to the origin and the origin becomes the point of rotation.

PR for a fix is open. I was unable to figure out how to write tests for the Deck.gl state after user-interactions, so I decided to skip that for now
